Injection Molding

Our facility is equipped with a range of injection molding machines, including 40T to 240T, in both vertical and horizontal configurations. We operate 15 high-precision, high-speed injection molding machines specifically for connector components. With 3-axis and 5-axis robotic arms and multiple SCARA robots from Japan’s IAI, we are adept at designing mature automated production solutions. We implement comprehensive system management practices like “5S” and “MES” to ensure reliable and stable services for our clients.
